Once Professional Development receives your response, we will set up your exam in ProctorU. Following this, you will receive an email from a ProctorU address requesting to schedule a time to take the exam.

Pre-Exam Day:
  1. Schedule as soon as possible
  2. Test your equipment
  3. Download the Guardian Browser.
  4. Watch the test-taker experience video for what to expect.

Other Information:

  • This is a premiere certification exam and will be monitored live by ProctorU. 
  • The exam purchase comes with one attempt.
  • Each attempt has a two-hour time limit.
  • You will receive an exam certificate after passing. All certification applications (Except the NCC) require the attachment of an exam certificate.
  • You will go through a security precheck phase with your proctor before starting the exam. Sometimes, the proctor will ask that you remove certain programs before beginning the exam. We are aware that remote access software, like Splashtop, is sometimes flagged by the proctors as a potential risk to exam integrity.
