During this course you will learn the basics of forming a non-profit for your FSS program and explore effective strategies for establishing a non-profit organization that will support and sustain your program’s operations and initiatives.

- Identify the steps required to form a non-profit organization
- Develop strategies to increase your FSS staffing and budget, through the creation of a non-profit organization
- Evaluate the viability of creating a separate service entity for your agency
