2026 NAHRO Summer Symposium

Join NAHRO in Nashville at the 2026 Summer Symposium, July 16-17, at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.  NAHRO Leadership meetings will take place on July 15.

Registration Payment: Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   If you are paying by check, download a hard copy registration form, complete and follow remittance instructions on form. Please note, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and processed.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by June 22 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail to conferenceregistration@nahro.org to receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Please note: NAHRO secures arrangements and assumes contractual liability based on attendee registration numbers and therefore is not able to grant refunds after June 22, nor allow for credits toward future events, for any reason. Attendees agree to this policy by registering for the conference.  Please note: no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.

Hotel Reservation Policy: Register first…then reserve your room! Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the discounted NAHRO room block. To access the NAHRO room block, attendees must make reservations online through the weblink provided in the conference registration confirmation email. No phone reservations will be accepted. Attendees are eligible for (1) hotel room in their name, so that all attendees are able to access the room block.  Requests for reservations at the NAHRO rate will be accepted on a space available basis through June 22 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out, whichever comes first. 

Optional Add-ons: 

NAHRO Professional Development is offering Symposium registrants the opportunity to attend an optional, pre-Symposium add-on training, It Begins with YOUth! - The Story of Self, Us, and NOW!  This one-day training will occur on July 15, 8:30am – 4:30pm, and is only available as part of Symposium registration, at a discounted add-on fee of $275 for members; $575 for non-members.  Pre-registration is required; space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Note: Attendance at this training does not constitute an excused absence from any concurrent NAHRO Committee meetings and this add-on session is subject to the same cancellation and substitution policies as the Symposium.  

NAHRO will offer a local housing and community development tour, coordinated by the Nashville Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency.  This optional tour is an add-on to Symposium registration and will take place at the conclusion of the Symposium on Friday, July 17, 2:15pm - 4:45pm.  Ticket cost is $45 for members; $55 for non-members.  Pre-registration is required; space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Note: The tour’s return time could extend past the scheduled time due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend being flexible with late afternoon plans (including travel) and avoiding time-sensitive arrangements.
