Join NAHRO in Orlando for our annual National Conference & Exhibition!
The conference will be held at the Marriott Orlando World Center Hotel, located at 8701 World Center Dr, Orlando, FL 32821.
Registration Payment:
Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are paying by check, download a hard copy registration form, complete and follow remittance instructions on form. Please note, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and processed.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by September 6 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail, conferenceregistration@nahro.org to receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after September 6 and NAHRO does not allow for credit toward future events.
Hotel Reservations Policy:
The NAHRO conference room rate at the Marriott Orlando World Center Hotel is $210/night plus $47 daily resort fee and 12.5% tax. Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the NAHRO room block. Once your registration is confirmed, your registration confirmation will contain a weblink through which to reserve your hotel accommodations on-line in the NAHRO room block. A credit card is required to make a reservation. Phone reservations will not be accepted. Requests for reservations at the NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered conference attendees on a space available basis through September 6 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Rooms within the NAHRO room block are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Optional, add-on Events:
NAHRO Professional Development is excited to offer conference registrants a special opportunity to attend a professional development seminar, Commissioner Fundamentals. This special 2-day seminar offering will occur on September 25-26, and is only available as part of conference registration, at a discounted add-on fee of $350 per person. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A waiting list will not be maintained.
NAHRO Fellows will present the Executive Director Bootcamp. This pre-conference 1-day class will occur on September 25 and is only available as part of conference registration. The Bootcamp is available at no extra charge but pre-registration is required and space is limited. Admission is first-come, first-serve. A waiting list will not be maintained.
NAHRO is offering attendees a local housing housing and community development tour coordinated by the Orlando and Sanford Housing Authorities. This tour will occur on Thursday, September 26, 1:45pm – 4:00pm, and is only available as part of conference registration, at an add-on fee of $40 per person. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A waiting list will not be maintained.
