2026 National Conference & Exhibition

Join NAHRO in Denver for our annual National Conference & Exhibition!  The conference will be held October 15-17 at the Colorado Convention Center, located at 700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202.  Most NAHRO Leadership meetings will occur on Wednesday, October 14.

Registration Payment: Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   If you are paying by check, download a hard copy registration form.  Complete and follow remittance instructions on form. Please note, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and processed.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by September 21 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail to conferenceregistration@nahro.org to receive a refund less a $175 cancellation fee. Please note: NAHRO incurs transaction fees for every registration and secures arrangements with contractual liability based on attendee registration numbers and therefore cannot grant refunds after September 21, nor allow for credits toward future events, for any reason. Attendees agree to this policy by registering for the conference.  No exceptions will be made.

Hotel Reservations: To access the NAHRO discounted room blocks, attendees must make reservations through the reservation weblink(s) provided in the conference registration confirmation. No phone reservations will be accepted. Requests for reservations at the NAHRO rate will be accepted on a space available basis through September 21 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out (whichever comes first.) Please note: Within the NAHRO room block, registered attendees are eligible for (1) hotel room only in their name, so that all attendees are best able to access a room in the NAHRO block. Multiple reservations under the same name and any reservation without a corresponding conference registration will be canceled without notice.

Optional add-ons: 

Commissioner Fundamentals Seminar: 
NAHRO Professional Development is offering conference registrants an optional, add-on opportunity to attend a NAHRO professional development seminar at the conference. This special seminar offering is only available as an add-on to conference registration, at a discounted fee of $495 for members, and $795 for non-members.  Pre-registration is required and space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A waiting list will not be maintained. 
Seminar schedule: 
Day 1 – Wednesday, October 14: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Day 2 – Thursday, October 15: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Executive Director Bootcamp: 
NAHRO Fellows will present this pre-conference 1-day class on Wednesday, October 14, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm.  The Bootcamp is only available as an add-on to conference registration, at a fee of $100 for members/non-members.  Pre-registration is required and space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A waiting list will not be maintained. 

Local Housing and Community Development Tour: 
The tour will be coordinated by the local host agency, Denver Housing Authority.  The tour will occur on Thursday, October 15, 1:45pm – 4:30pm, and is only available as part of conference registration, at an add-on fee of $45 for members, $55 for non-members.  Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A waiting list will not be maintained.
