Description:
Looking to secure one of NAHRO's premier Certifications? By achieving NAHRO’s Certified Management Executive (CME), an individual has demonstrated that they have the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required of a competent and effective manager and leader at the executive and senior management level in a housing, redevelopment and/or community revitalization and development organization. This class will help prepare you for the CME exam. The body of knowledge on which the CME is based includes senior level managerial and leadership concepts and best practices; understanding of legal issues including fair housing and procurement; and, knowledge of HUD’s Affordable/Assisted Housing Programs.
