Description:
Looking to secure one of NAHRO's premier Certifications? By achieving NAHRO’s Certified Management Executive (CME), an individual has demonstrated that they have the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required of a competent and effective manager and leader at the executive and senior management level in a housing, redevelopment, and/or community revitalization and development organization. This class will help prepare you for the CME exam. The body of knowledge on which the CME is based includes senior-level managerial and leadership concepts and best practices, an understanding of legal issues, including fair housing and procurement, and knowledge of HUD’s Affordable/Assisted Housing Programs.
Objectives:
- Gain insights into the certification pathway, ensuring a clear understanding of the steps and requirements for becoming a Certified Management Executive.
- Master the foundational concepts within the core exam areas.
- Discover and implement effective study techniques tailored to the specific demands of the CME exam.
- Get acquainted with the exam format by reviewing sample questions.
